Leif Ove Andsnes /ˈleɪf ˈuːvə ˈændsnɨs/ (born 7 April 1970, Karmøy) is a Norwegian pianist and well-known chamber musician. Andsnes has made several recordings for Virgin and EMI. For his current "Beethoven Journey" project, Andsnes will perform and record of all five of the master composer’s piano concertos with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and they will all be released on Sony Classical. He is represented by IMG.
