The name ‘Tama-Ohi’ is a Tongan word that literally translates to ‘Child-Adoption’ and it was given by the Queen-mother of Tonga, Halaevalu Mata'aho, on February 2011 in Auckland, NZ. It is referred to her own 'adopted special need children' from her Aalonga Centre for Disabled in Tonga but now residing in Aotearoa. This theme is guided by the Scripture as in Romans 8:15-16 " 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:" Therefore, our mission is to announce the 'Good News' that God has already adopted every
