Alternative 80's is a loveletter to the glory days of alternative college radio in general, and Fresno's student-run radio station KFSR in particular. Some of us grew up when college radio and the "progressive alternative" radio movement was just taking hold, and it changed the way we saw radio forever. We gratefully acknowledge KFSR 90.7, the DJs and personnel who made it revolutionary, and especially the "Barefoot Boy Wonder" who contributed original audio drops from the era.
